In my recent article outlining what the incoming Trump Administration may do to improve Election Integrity, I observed the razor thin GOP majorities in the US House and Senate would not be substantial enough for sweeping changes to federal election law to be made. I stand by that assessment. In fact, the thin GOP Congressional majorities may not be able to pass even modest changes to election law. That article, therefore, focused on what the Trump Administration should or could do to improve election integrity through the Executive Power.
Nevertheless, I would like to share my thoughts about some of the changes needed in our election laws to end the Dem Fraud Machine and permanently restore integrity and confidence in our elections. This article will highlight two sets of changes. First, I will outline the sweeping or massive changes needed to end the cheating and midnight ballot dumps. These are the changes not likely to be made soon. Then, I will outline much more modest changes which may garner enough support to pass in the next session of Congress.
