Learn About Our Crazy Visa System and How It Is Being Used to Overrun Our Country with Foreigners

Part 1 in a multi-part article series about the insane American Visa System, starting with the U Visa.

Everyone heard about the much-abused H-1B “Non-immigrant” Visa. (I put “Non-immigrant” in quotes, because the H-1B Visa is most certainly used by some foreigners to permanently immigrate to the USA.) I wrote about the H-1B Visa, how it is being abused and what President Trump and his Administration are doing to fix the problems in a previous Substack article. While H-1B’s are worthy of (and will receive) more discussion, this article series will go far beyond the H-1B. There are so many other Visas offered by Uncle Sam to foreigners, your head will literally spin. Unfortunately, as is so often the case with the Federal Government, many of the Visas are being abused. At this point, I am not sure how many articles this series will consist of, but I plan to write about this until my readers are well informed on the topic. Let’s get started.
