REINING IN OUT OF CONTROL FEDERAL JUDGES

Congress has the power to challenge radical leftist federal judges. Here is a look at how Congress can do it.

As you undoubtedly heard, leftists filed lawsuits in various different parts of the Country seeking to hinder the Trump Administration from implementing policy. According to the litigation tracker created by Just Security over 135 such actions were filed thus far. As I highlighted in a previous post, the Trump Administration is winning some of these cases, however, a number of very questionable decisions by leftists judges (including a ruling suspending President Trump’s Executive Order on Refugee Resettlement and another blocking President Trump’s EO on transgender troops, just to mention a couple) are impeding the Trump Administration’s agenda.
