Another great read full of information. The legal process is difficult for the average person to navigate, well at least me, thanks for making it easy for me to understand. I did not know that these had been ruled on in favor of the Trump administration.

Thank you. I am glad it proved helpful. The Trump Administration is winning cases left and right. There are just too many to write about!

Could you please write another article about any court wins for the Trump administration? Currently, we are only hearing about the setbacks, TROs and essentially what apparently is becoming a judicial coup as some are saying. Any thoughts on all this and if the Supreme court will step in anytime soon? Rep. Andy Biggs had a nice suggestion about removing the Judge Boseberg using the bad behavior clause in the constitution. I saw him on Bannon and would have to relisten to what exactly he was proposing, but it sounded promising. I also liked Professor Larry Schweikart's suggestion in his article " The Judge's Ain't the Enemy" article of slowing down processes (he gave an example of an EPA grant and before giving it out it would have to be reviewed by a 5 person panel, then a 3 person panel and so on essentially grinding the process and hence payment to a halt.) or sending federal workers to essentially Timbuktu if the courts say rehire them and essentially give them nothing to work on. He also cautioned on what people are screaming for which is to just ignore the courts. I am surprised so many on the left are suing and fighting against an audit which just shows to the average person that you have something to hide. I guess they still have some media power to cover their activities or lie about what a case or action is about, so maybe I shouldn't be so surprised. If businesses can and are audited to find things what is the difference from the auditing the government? I also find it interesting that they are fighting so hard to keep people in place, funding and fighting for illegal aliens that to the average person they have something to hide. If we are looking at the chessboard, they are essentially trying to keep their chess pieces in position where they can still fund their illegal activities, gain information from the inside where they could leak or sabotage from the inside and create chaos on the outside. That is how I am seeing it. Again, thank you for the nice article on President Trump wins and please continue.
